IP Communications can provide premise-based and hosted Mass Notification options. The Mitel Premise option can run as an application on a customer’s VMware or Hyper-V servers. The application interfaces with the Mitel VoIP application. The Mass application delivers real-time, personalized and interactive notifications. These can be used for emergencies as well as automate notifications for order status, employee notifications, billing and outages, notices, in addition to special offers. The application will also provide confirmation of the receipt of the message regardless of the delivery method.
